This test provides a quick screening test for cognitive dysfunction (frontal and temporo-parietal functioning) secondary to dementia, delirium, or a range of neurological and psychiatric illnesses. Medically trained specialists are available within 5 seconds to supply police and emergency responders with the member's physical description, emergency contacts and critical health information, supporting both the search for a missing person as well as the next steps after a missing person with dementia has been found.
